BASIQ Studio is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete addresses, or erroneous contact information provided by the customer.

We cannot guarantee address changes if the order has already been processed or shipped.

8. Undelivered, lost, or returned orders

If an order appears as delivered but the customer has not received it, they should contact us to review the case with the transport company.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, package rejection, or inability to deliver, we may offer a new shipment. In that case, the additional shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

If the transport company confirms the loss of the order, BASIQ Studio may offer an appropriate solution, such as a new shipment or a refund, depending on the case.

9. Customs, taxes, and international fees

For international orders outside the European Union, taxes, tariffs, import fees, or customs costs may apply according to the regulations of the destination country.

These costs, if not expressly included in the final price during the purchase process, will be the responsibility of the customer.

10. Delays not attributable to BASIQ Studio

BASIQ Studio will not be responsible for delays caused by external factors such as:
